How status monitoring works
Get Tools Lab can monitor the website, conversion engine, developer API, storage, notifications and اے آئی services. Health checks and queue data are collected by background workers. If those workers are not configured on the hosting account, the page can still display the last known state but it may not reflect a recent change.
What to do during an incident
If a service is degraded, avoid repeatedly submitting the same large job. Keep your original file, wait for the affected service to recover and retry once the status is operational. For account or billing issues unrelated to a platform incident, use the Contact page.
Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance may temporarily affect one or more services. When maintenance mode is used, visitors may see a maintenance notice instead of normal tool pages. Significant operational changes can also be documented in the website changelog.
